Complaint outcome, 20 June 2024
The provider notified Ofsted of a significant incident on 23 February 2024, with further concerns on 28 February 2024. A telephone regulatory call on 18 June 2024 found some requirements were not met. The nursery had taken action so children are not exposed to risk when escorted in and out of the outdoor play area. It remains registered.
